It is possible to attach a Sticky Note to any object in IFS Applications. This is a quick and efficient method to share information with your colleagues or to create your own reminders. The Sticky Note will be visible for anyone working with the object and anyone can make changes to it, compare this with using regular paper Post-it notes.
Note: Sticky Notes are only available in detail pages.

It is also possible to link different files by dragging and dropping onto the Sticky Note. The file can be opened by double clicking on the icon. Here, it should be noted that some file types like TXT, HTML, etc are able to display the actual file name itself while some types like MS WORD, Adobe Acrobat, etc will only display a generic name. This behavior is due a limitation in the underlying .NET control.
