Training Events
Usage
Use this window to get an overview of
registered Training Events. Although this window is mainly intended for query purposes,
you are allowed to modify information or even too add a new Training Event.
The following options are
available via the Operations menu or the right mouse button:
- Show All - Use this option to display Training Events that are completed.
- Publish - Sets the status of the
Training Event to Published. Use this menu option when you, for example, want to
publish the Training Event on the Web.
- Confirm - Sets the status of the
Training Event to Confirmed. Use this menu option to confirm that the Training
Event will be conducted.
- Complete - Sets the status of the
Training Event to Completed. Use this menu option when the Training Event
is completed.
- Cancel - Sets the status of the
Training Event to Canceled. Use this menu option when you want to cancel a
Training Event.
- Training Event - Brings
up the Training Event window, which is where you add a new Training Event.
Note: The system will send a notification e-mail
under the following conditions:
- E-mail will be automatically sent to
"Registered" participants to notify them when a training event is confirmed
or cancelled (set the training event = Confirmed or Cancel).
- E-mail will also be sent to the
participant's supervisor.
- A notification e-mail will be sent to the trainer
when a training event is confirmed or cancelled (set the training event = Confirmed
or Cancel.).
