Usage

Use this  tab to configure who can access course categories. This way, whenever a course is created and assigned to a category, only employees who have access to that category will see the course.

Each record on represents access setting for an organization structure, an organization unit, or an organization branch. As a result, every employee who belongs to an affected organization unit will have their access set.

Not every record gives access. Records can also take access away if Selection Type field is set to Exclude. This is useful in a scenario where you want to give access to all organization units with some exceptions. An easiest way to do this is to define a record which gives access to the entire organization and then a second record which revokes access to a particular organization unit.
