Use this tab to view the occurrences of absence calculated according to the settings defined for the RYEAR absence function. When an absence is registered for an absence type connected to the RYEAR absence function, the system will check the number of absences that have been previously registered within the duration specified in the function parameters. This tab thereby allows you to view details of how frequently an absence has recurred during a certain period as well as the actions that have been generated according to the nature of the absence occurrence.
The calculation of absence occurrence is done every time an absence record is registered. Therefore, each absence ID registered in the Absence/Absence Registration tab will have absence occurrences counted separately. The occurrences for each absence ID will be separately grouped and listed in this tab.
