Switch on the Reporting Types

Explanation

This activity can be used to switch the reporting types. The reporting types available are Project (which includes MCPR, Project and PRC), Shop Order, Work Order, Indirect Job, Attendance Results and Attendance Intervals. Out of these the reporting types applicable for the employee will be shown, whether to show Attendance Results, Attendance Intervals or both are based on the employee's time reporting time base.

Multiple reporting types can be switched on at the same time. The first reporting type is switched on by default. Once the user switches on the reporting types it's respective reporting codes will be listed in the groups dentined for each. If the user has saved reporting codes as shortcuts they will be listed down in the respective group lists.

Prerequisites

• Employee's time reporting time base should be set.
• Employee should be assigned to the required reporting types.

System Effects

Based on the reporting types switched on the collapsible groups which contain shortcuts of the respective reporting types will be enabled.
