Generate Time Reporting Links

Explanation

This activity is used to generate the time reporting links. It includes work orders in IFS/Maintenance, shop order operations and indirect jobs in IFS/Manufacturing as well as projects in IFS/Project Reporting. 

You will be able to copy the generated link by using the ‘Copy Link’ button or by using ‘Ctrl+c’.

Employee can navigate to the Time Registration-Calendar View-Report Time option via the received link. The details will be filled up to the specified level and the  Account Date will be the system date and the Hours will be the remaining hours of the scheduled hours of the same date.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity;

• The relevant aware modules in IFS/Maintenance, IFS/Manufacturing and IFS/Project Reporting for which time reporting is required should be enabled in the Time Management Aware Modules window. The available aware modules are PCM, SHPORD, INDIRECT, MCPR, PRC and PRJREP.
