This activity is used to valuate work. This is purely a manual process where one or more persons (usually a Quantity Surveyor) perform inspections, assesses the quality of work performed, material stored, material used and other criteria defined by the terms and conditions agreed upon in the sub contract.
The valuation should be in the Planned status.
As a result of this activity, the valuation is valued and ready for approval.
