Use this tab window to define the urgency level used in several processes, such as work-related problems. When entering data you should enter the urgency levels from the lowest level to the highest, since the sort function automatically assigns the urgency level rank in sequence numbers (e.g., 1, 2, 3, …) beginning with the topmost data. In other words, the last urgency level entered will be given the highest available number.
