Qualification Profile/Competencies
Usage
Use this tab to describe the competencies (knowledge,
skills, and abilities) required by an employee to perform the job function at an
acceptable performance level.
The following options are available from the
Operations menu or the right mouse button:
- Display Only Valid Competencies - If enabled, only the Valid competencies will be displayed. If
disabled,
all competencies will be displayed.
