Use this window to show jobs and all competency groups to which they are assigned. This window also allows you to create new jobs and assign them to already defined competency groups. By using the options available in the header, you can view only jobs that are valid on a certain date, or all jobs, regardless of their validity.
Note: Even jobs that do not have a competency group/level assigned are listed. This allows you to add a competency levels/groups to them.
The following option is available via the Operations menu or the right mouse button:
Change Competence... - Opens the dialog box Change Competence, where you can change data for an existing competency element.
Add Competence... - Opens the dialog box Add Competence, where you can add competencies for a job.
