Use this window to create and define certificates. Certificates can be later assigned to specific persons or jobs.
On the left side of the window, you can see the certificate structure tree. The
tree is used as a list of all available certificates that can be divided into
separate certificate groups.
By default, certificates marked as blocked or hidden will not appear
on the list, unless Show Hidden and Show Blocked check boxes are selected.
Depending on what is selected from the certificate list (the certificate "tree"),
different tabs become available. Click on each tab link to learn of its purpose
If the Certificates folder (located at the top of the certificate tree) is
selected: Certificate Groups.
If a certificate group is selected (certificate groups are marked with a square):
