Job Analysis
Usage
Use this window to analyze and compare jobs. Attributes and their values can
be used as a search criteria so that all jobs that share them are shown. For
example, you can look for jobs that require higher education, proficiency in
English, and a drivers certificate. You can:
- Look for jobs valid on a given date.
- Look for jobs from a single company or search jobs of all companies
registered in the system.
- Combine multiple search criteria.
- Control what additional job information is shown.
Following right-click actions are available:
- Job - Opens the Job definition according to the Job
ID that is selected.
- Job Assignments - Opens the Job Assignments window, where
all employees who hold the job are shown.
- Organization and Position Assignments - Opens the Organizations
and Positions Assignments window, where organization assignments of
employees who hold the job are shown. Only available if the Positions
Linked attribute been selected from the Job Attributes List.
