Use this assistant to partially accept a service quotation. This assistant consists of five steps.
Use the Record Partial Quotation Acceptance step to enter an acceptance/rejection note.
Use the Select Maintenance Orders and Events that are rejected step to select the maintenance orders and events that are rejected from the service quotation. All maintenance orders and associated events are displayed and you can reject them by selecting the Reject Event check box for the corresponding order/event. To reject an entire maintenance order, all associated events must be rejected.
Use the Select Work Orders that are rejected step to select the work orders that are rejected from the service quotation. All work orders are displayed and you can reject them by selecting the Reject Order check box for the corresponding work order. All work task will be rejected automatically as a result.
Use the Select Service Contracts that are rejected step to select the service contract that is rejected from the service quotation. All service contract lines are displayed and you can reject the contract by selecting the Reject Service Contract check box for the corresponding service contract.
Use the Finish and Print Order Acknowledgement step to finish rejecting maintenance events/orders, work orders/work tasks and service contract lines and to print the order acknowledgement letter.
