Use this tab to define contract types that will be used to group service contracts. Examples for contract types include WARRANTY, SERVICE etc. You can set a contract type to be the default contract type which will automatically be inherited by all new service contracts. You can, however, change it to a contract type of your choice later on. Only one contract type can be set as default at any given time.
