Use this window to define service level agreement order template which will be used to create SLA orders. SLA order lines will be created based on the SLA order templates line defined and similarly SLA order schedule lines will be created based on the SLA order template schedules lines.
An active SLA order template can be connected to one or more service contract SLA lines. The SLA order template is used to auto generate a SLA order and will be connected to a work order and/or a work task.
