Print Delivery Note
Explanation
This activity is used to print a delivery note. When the ordered parts are ready for delivery, it is possible to create and print a delivery note that can accompany
the goods to the customer.
For MRO objects with miscellaneous parts received (and specified to be shipped back), the normal delivery note will contain
an appendix of miscellaneous parts.
Prerequisites
- A delivery note must have been generated before you can print the delivery note.
- If a certain number of delivery note copies need to be printed for a specific customer, the number of copies must be
specified in the Customer/Order/Misc Customer Info tab.
System Effects
- A delivery note will be generated and placed in the report archive. It is
possible to print or preview the delivery note via
Archived Reports.
- Depending on the value of the Show Only
Delivered Lines in Delivery Note for field of the customer order, a
delivery note might contain only the delivered lines, or all customer order
lines, including those that have been delivered earlier, and those that have
not been delivered at all. A not-delivered line must have the same delivery
address to be included.

Procedure
- Open the
Print Delivery Note for Customer Orders window and
query for the required customer order.
- Select the desired order, right-click and then click Print Delivery
Note.
