Reject Service Quotation
Explanation
This activity is used to reject an entire service quotation. If necessary, a
rejection note can be entered while rejecting the quotation.
Prerequisites
To perform this activity, the quotation must be in the Released status.
System Effects
- The quotation is set to the Rejected status.
- The connection between the service quotation and its maintenance orders/events
and work
orders/work tasks is removed.
- The rejected scope is updated with the rejected maintenance orders, work
orders and service contracts.
- Work order Journal tab is updated.

Procedure
- Open the Service Quotation window and query for the service quotation.
- Right-click, point to Status and click Reject. The
Reject Service Quotation dialog box is opened.
- Optionally, change the value in the Rejection Reason ID field.
Use the List of Values to select a suitable value.
- Optionally, enter a note in the Rejection Note field.
- Click OK.
