Delete SLA Order
Explanation
This activity is used to delete SLA order a based on modified content on a
work order or a work task.
Prerequisites
This activity has the following prerequisites:
- A work order must exist which is connected to a SLA order and no
connected work tasks.
- A work task must exist which is connected to a SLA order and the work
order is not connected to the same SLA Order
- Other necessary conditions validated when a work order or a work task is
to be modified or deleted must be fulfilled.
- Service contract connected with the work order or the work task should
only have one SLA line defined.
- More than one object is defined on the Services/Scope tab of the
service contract line connected to the work order or work task.
- The object defined on the work order or the work task
should have multiple service contract lines in which no service contract SLA
lines are defined. This could be the same service contract but a different line
than the one connected to the queried work order/work task.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, the SLA order will be removed from the system.

Procedure
Option 1: When a work order is removed from the system
- Open up Service Request,
Active Work Requests,
Prepare Work Order or Active Work Orders
window.
- Query for the work order (F3).
- Delete the work order.
Note: The connected SLA order is deleted from the system.
Option 2: When a work task is removed from the system.
- Open up Work Task or
Work Tasks window.
- Query for the work task necessary (F3).
- Delete the work task.
Note: The connected SLA order is deleted from the system.
Option 3: When work order data is modified.
- Open up Service Request,
Active Work Requests,
Prepare Work Order or Active Work Orders
window.
- Query for the work order (F3).
- Modify any of the following fields or combination of fields.
- The value of the in the Priority field
- The value of the object in the Object ID field and as a
result changing the value of the criticality in the Criticality
field
- The value of the work type in the Work Type field.
- The value of the service contract line in the Line No field.
- The values of the service contract and service contract line in the
Contract ID and Line No fields respectively.
- Save the information (F12).
Note: The connected SLA order is deleted from the system.
Option 4: When work task data is modified.
- Open up Work Task or
Work Tasks window.
- Query for the work task necessary (F3).
- Modify any of the following fields or combination of fields.
- The value of the in the Priority field
- The value of the actual object in the Actual Object ID field and as a
result changing the value of the criticality in the Criticality
field
- The value of the work type in the Work Type field.
- The value of the service contract line in the Line No field.
- The values of the service contract and service contract line in the
Contract ID and Line No fields respectively.
- Save the information (F12)
Note: The connected SLA order is deleted from the system.
