Create SLA Order Template Schedule Lines

Explanation

This activity is used to create a SLA order template lines on a SLA order template.

Prerequisites

This activity has the following prerequisites:

• A SLA Order Template must be entered and in status Preliminary or Active.
• A SLA order template line must exist.
• A scheduling type must be defined in Scheduling Type window.

System Effects

As a result of this activity a new SLA order template schedule line will be created.

Procedure

1. Open the SLA Order Template window and query for a SLA order template in Preliminary or Active status.
2. Select a SLA order template line defined already.
3. Add a new record (F5) in the bottom table where SLA order template schedule lines are defined.
4. Enter a value to the Scheduling Type field. User the List of Values (F8) to select a suitable value. Optionally In the Displaceable Until Days field, enter the number of days prior to the Primary Scheduling Type End where the Work Order may be displaced by Appointments. (E.g. If Displaceable Until Days has been set to 20 days, then the Work task may be displaced until 20 days are remaining to the Primary Scheduling Type End. If Displaceable Until Days has not been set the Work task will not be displaced.)
5. Optionally add additional lines to create secondary scheduling lines and in Duration Hours field, enter the duration in hours for the secondary scheduling type
6. Optionally to set a SLA order template schedule line primary, right click Set Primary option need to be executed.
7. Save the information (F12).
