Enter Valid Sites

Explanation

This activity is used to add the sites that the service contract is valid to. This facilitates the contract to be used in multiple sites that belongs to the contract owning customer.

Prerequisites

Sites for the company should be defined in IFS/Enterprise, Site.

System Effects

As a result of this activity the execution of work in the contract will be enabled to entered sites.

Procedure

1. Open the Service Contract window and query for a service contract (F3).
2. Click the Valid Sites tab and create a new record (F5). Note: the site that the service contract is created with already exists by default.
3. Enter the required site. Use the List of Values to select a suitable value.
4. Alternatively, to add all the sites under the company, use right-click and select Get all sites.
5. Save the information (F12).
