Use this activity to locate documents and other objects that are ready for approval.
The document or object must exist and have an approval routing
As a result of this activity, you have located the document(s) or object(s) to be approved.
Open the Approvals window and populate it. This will display all objects that are to be approved by you. Select a value in the Select Object list to limit the contents of the window.
