This activity is used to enter a list of reasons for winning or losing a sales quotation or business opportunity. These are used when a quotation or an opportunity is closed and a win or lose reason must be entered. You can also specify the business objects in which a particular win or lose reason is used.
As a result of this activity, a win or lose reason is defined. The reason will be one of the options you can access by using the List of Values in the Close Opportunity, Quotation Lost or Opportunity Lost dialog box.
