Enter Representatives
Explanation
This activity is used to enter representative information for a customer order.
Prerequisites
- The customer order header must have been entered and saved.
- Basic data must exist in the CRM and SRM Basic Data
window.
System Effects
Representative information is added and can be viewed for a particular customer order.

Procedure
- Open the Customer Order/Representatives tab.
- Create a new record.
- Select a value for the Representative ID
field
from the List of Values. The representative name will be automatically
retrieved.
- Optionally, select the Main Representative
check box.
- Optionally, select a value in the Representative Role
field.
- Save your changes.
