Explanation

This activity is used to enter representative information for a customer order.

Representative information is added and can be viewed for a particular customer order.

Procedure

  1. Open the Customer Order/Representatives tab.
  2. Create a new record.
  3. Select a value for the Representative ID field from the List of Values. The representative name will be automatically retrieved.
  4. Optionally, select the Main Representative check box.
  5. Optionally, select a value in the Representative Role field.
  6. Save your changes.
