View Components

Explanation

Use this activity to view components for a package part. This activity is intended for a B2B user acting as a B2B Customer.

Prerequisites

• This activity is only applicable in IFS Aurena B2B
• In the Customer/General tab, the B2B check box must be selected for the appropriate customer.
• The user must have the appropriate B2B Customer as default customer, set up in B2B User – Customer window
• The selected part must be a package part.

System Effects

Product will be added to the shopping cart with the specified quantity.

Procedure

1. In IFS Aurena B2B navigate to lobby page Order Management for Customers
2. Select the Lobby Link: Open from Lobby Element: Orders
3. Select an order that contains package part line(s).
4. Click on Details button. Order Details page opens.
5. In Products group select a line with package part.
6. Components button appears on top of the list. Click on the button.
7. Product Components page opens and you can view information about the part’s components

Note: Product Components is accesible from other pages presenting order lines. This is one example of usage
