View Configuration

Explanation

Use this activity when you want to view the details about a configured part on your order line. This activity is intended for a B2B user acting as a customer or supplier.

Prerequisites

• This activity is only applicable in IFS Aurena B2B
• If B2B user is acting as a customer:
  - In the Customer/General tab, the B2B check box must be selected for the appropriate customer.
  - The user must have the appropriate B2B customer as default customer, set up in B2B User – Customer window
• If B2B user is acting as a supplier:
  - In the Supplier/General tab, the B2B check box must be selected for the appropriate supplier.
  - The user must have the appropriate B2B supplier as default customer, set up in B2B User – Supplier window
• IFS/Configuration Back Office and IFS/Configuration Characteristic components must have been installed.
• The configuration process should be started.

Procedure

Page for this activity is accessible from many places, here is only one example

1. In IFS Aurena B2B navigate to lobby page Order Management for Customers
2. Select the Lobby Link: Open Lines from Lobby Element: Orders
3. Select the order line with the configurable part
4. Click on Order Details button.
5. Order Details page will be opened. In Products group select the line with configurable part and click on View Configuration button. The View Configuration page will be opened.
6. Review the information you are interested in.

Note: This action is only available for one line at a time, even when multi-selection is enabled in the page.
