View Open Quotations to Expire in 30 Days

Explanation

Use this activity when you want to view information about open quotations which will expire in 30 days. This activity is intended for a B2B user acting as a B2B Customer.

Notes:

• Definition of open quotations to expire in 30 days:
• Quotations’ header have Released status.
• They have at least one line in Released status.
• Do not have any line in Planned status.
• Their Expiration Date is within 30 days.

• Quotations with rental lines are excluded.

Prerequisites

• This activity is only applicable in IFS Aurena B2B.
• In the Customer/General tab, the B2B check box must be selected for the appropriate customer.
• Only quotations connected to the user’s default customer, set up in B2B User – Customer window, are presented.

Procedure

1. In IFS Aurena B2B navigate to Lobby Page: Order Management for Customers.
2. Select the Lobby Link: Open (Expire in 30 Days) from Lobby Element: Quotations.
3. The page opens. Optionally use available filters.
4. Review the information you are interested in.
