View Open Quotations

Explanation

Use this activity when you want to view information about open quotations. This activity is intended for a B2B user acting as a B2B Customer.

Notes:

• Definition of open quotations:
• Quotations’ header have Released status.
• They have at least one line in Released status.
• Their expiration date are not passed.
• Do not have any line in Planned status.

• Quotations with rental lines are excluded.

Prerequisites

• This activity is only applicable in IFS Aurena B2B.
• In the Customer/General tab, the B2B check box must be selected for the appropriate customer.
• Only quotations connected to the user’s default customer, set up in B2B User – Customer window, are presented.

Procedure

1. In IFS Aurena B2B navigate to Lobby Page: Order Management for Customers.
2. Select the Lobby Link: Open from Lobby Element: Quotations.
3. Open Quotations page opens. Optionally use available filters to narrow down the hit-list.
4. Review the information you are interested in.
