View Expired Quotations

Explanation

Use this activity when you want to view information about expired quotations. Expired quotations are unanswered quotations with expiration dates in the past. This activity is intended for a B2B user acting as a customer.

Note: Quotations with rental lines are excluded.

Prerequisites

• This activity is only applicable in IFS Aurena B2B.
• In the Customer/General tab, the B2B check box must be selected for the appropriate customer.
• Only quotations connected to the user’s default customer, set up in B2B User – Customer window, are presented.

Procedure

1. In IFS Aurena B2B navigate to Lobby Page: Order Management for Customers.
2. Select the Lobby Link: Expired from Lobby Element: Quotations.
3. Expired Quotations page opens. Optionally use available filters.
4. Review the information you are interested in.
