View Accepted/rejected Quotations

Explanation

Use this activity to view information about answered quotations. This activity is intended for a B2B user acting as a B2B Customer.

Note: Quotations with rental lines are excluded.

Prerequisites

• This activity is only applicable in IFS Aurena B2B.
• In the Customer/General tab, the B2B check box must be selected for the appropriate customer.
• Only quotations connected to the user’s default customer, set up in B2B User – Customer window, are presented.
• At least one quotation with header status Accepted (Won State in Enterprise Explorer) or Rejected (Lost State or Rejected Status in Enterprise Explorer) should be existed.

Procedure

1. In IFS Aurena B2B navigate to Lobby Page: Order Management for Customers.
2. Select the Lobby Link: Accepted/Rejected from Lobby Element: Quotations.
3. Accepted/Rejected Quotations page opens. Optionally use available filters to narrow down the hit-list.
4. Review the information you are interested in.
