View Accepted/rejected Quotations
Explanation
Use this activity to view information about answered quotations. This activity is intended for a B2B user acting as a B2B Customer.
Note: Quotations with rental lines are excluded.
Prerequisites
- This activity is only applicable in IFS Aurena B2B.
- In the Customer/General tab, the B2B check box must be selected for the appropriate customer.
- Only quotations connected to the user’s default customer, set up in B2B User – Customer window,
are presented.
- At least one quotation with header status Accepted (Won State in Enterprise Explorer) or
Rejected (Lost State or Rejected Status in Enterprise Explorer) should be existed.

Procedure
- In IFS Aurena B2B navigate to Lobby Page: Order Management for
Customers.
- Select the Lobby Link: Accepted/Rejected from Lobby Element: Quotations.
- Accepted/Rejected Quotations page opens. Optionally use available filters to narrow down the hit-list.
- Review the information you are interested in.
