This activity is used to view, modify, or enter information about departments of customer contacts.

Prerequisites

This activity has no prerequisites.

System Effects

A department value is created and is available for use in customer/contacts.

Procedure

  1. Open the CRM and SRM Basic Data window and click the Departments tab.
  2. Create a new record.
  3. Enter the short code in the Department field.
  4. Enter description of the department in the Description field.
  5. Save the information.
