Enter Business Opportunity
Explanation
This activity is used to enter a business opportunity for a customer in the CRM-panel.
Prerequisites
IFS Outlook Add-In (CRM-panel) must have been installed.

As a result of this activity, a business opportunity is entered for the
customer.

Procedure
- Open Outlook.
- Select/open one mail or calendar item.
- Go to IFS CRM tab and click on the icon to open the CRM-panel.
- In the Recipients list, click on the three dots next to the contact for
which you want to create the opportunity. Select Create Opportunity. From the
contact details page, click the + icon and select Create Opportunity.
- Enter required data in the General tab.
- The selected contact will be the main contact for the opportunity. Add or
edit contacts in the Contacts tab.
- The current user will be main representative for the opportunity. Add other
representatives in the Representatives tab.
- Select the View in IFS Aurena check box to open the opportunity in IFS
Aurena.
- Select the Create or connect to Business Mail check box to save the
selected mail to IFS CRM. The mail will be saved as a Business Mail with reference to
the opportunity. If a Business Mail is already created for the mail, it will be
linked to the opportunity.
- Save.
