Change Status

Explanation

This activity is used to change the status of the filter.You can change the status of the filter to active, inactive or inherit. What each status indicates is as follows:

On: Filter is active. Privileges are set for each user as specified in the CRM Access Group.
Off: Filter is inactive.
Inherit: The filter privileges are inherited from the parent record. For example you can set Business Activity filter to inherit Customer (parent) filter privileges. If the privileges are inherited then all the information defined on this filter will be disregarded
