Examine the Candidate Import
Explanation
This activity is used to examine if import of a candidate list from an
external xml file was successful.
Prerequisites
In order to perform this activity:
- Mapping of XML files sent by an external recruitment service has to be
performed.
- An XML list of job candidates has to be placed in the IN folder of IFS
Applications and processed by the system.

Procedure
- Open the External Candidates Validation Log window.
- Search or populate to find relevant data
- Note that the window displays a single row for each imported
candidate.
- If there were problems during an import, the Error Message
field will show you all relevant information.
- Other fields allow you to see which vendor sent the file, to what
personnel requisition was it connected, when it was imported and in what
sequence candidates were processed.
