Job Opportunities Advertisement
Usage
Use this window to make a query of all the records of
job recruitment for new employees. Information in this window is based on the Approved
Personnel Requisition function.
You can limit the number of job
opportunities displayed in the
window by selecting items from the Saved Queries list.
The following options are
available via the Operations menu or the right mouse button:
- Obsolete - Changes the status of the job opportunity from Active to
Obsolete when the job opportunity is no longer required as an active document.

- Generate Document - Opens a new window in
which
the available Microsoft Word document templates are displayed.
Note:
- Note: The system provides a number of document templates you can use for different activities in the recruitment process such as an Invitation for Selection, a Job Candidate Appointment letter, and a Job Declining Candidate letter. You define when the different documents should be used, and you can also modify the templates or create your own document templates using the
Word Template Definition window.
- You cannot change your job opportunity back to
status Active from status Obsolete. You have to create a new record to activate
the job opportunity again. The status values are predefined in the
basic data when installing the application in the system.
