Use this window to set up how files sent by external recruitment services are processed by the system.
During the recruitment process, a company can decide to use an external recruitment service to find new employees. Such service can sometimes send the list of people they recruited as an XML file. Configure this window so that when a file is placed inside the IN folder of IFS Applications, it will be automatically processed and moved to the External Candidate window. For the process to be automatic, the file has to be mapped here.
