Use this window to enter action data for a corrective and preventive action. You can enter any number of action lines. When a preventive and corrective action is created from a non conformance report, one action line is created. With each action you can perform investigation, action, verification and determine effectiveness. For each step, there is related data to enter. The links above the action lines will open a dialog box with the fields relevant to complete a step for the selected action line. The Summary of Selected Actions area will show a summary of the recorded data for any number of selected action lines.
