Use this window to create a checklist
that will be associated with a specific Control Plan Template. After a question
has been answered, you can select the check box to show others that the item has
been completed. You can make changes to the list only if the Control Plan
Template header is in the Created status. You must check all questions before
changing the status of the Control Plan Template to Active. If only some
questions have been checked, the status will be set to Partly Approved. If all
questions are deleted from a checklist, the status will change to Not Exist.
