Create Acceptance Sampling Analysis
Explanation
This activity is used to create an analysis for acceptance sampling.
This is only needed if:
- The analysis created automatically by the system when the shop
order started has been cancelled by a user, or
- Lot/batch numbers have been reserved after the shop order has started.
Prerequisites
There is no existing non-cancelled acceptance sampling analysis for
the operation and batch number.

Create Acceptance Sampling Analysis
Procedure
From an analysis that has been cancelled:
- The new analysis can be created from Analysis Results - Shop
Order.
- Right-click and then click Create Acceptance Sampling Analysis.
- The system prompts you to indicate whether you want to view the created
analysis. If you click Yes, you can enter results immediately.
From the shop order operation for a batch without analysis:
- A new analysis can be created from Shop Order/Operation.
- Right-click and point to Shop Order Analysis and then click
Create Acceptance Sampling Analysis.
- The
Create Acceptance
Sampling Analysis dialog
box appears.
- In the Lot/Batch No field, select a batch number from the List of
Values.
- The system prompts you to indicate whether you want to view the created
analysis. If you click Yes, you can enter results immediately.
