Use this tab window to define an order processing type. You can specify the events that will be included and the time span for which purchase requisitions and purchase orders will be processed.
An order processing type can automate the release of purchase requisitions and purchase orders, convert purchase requisitions to purchase orders, and print purchase orders, depending on which events are included. Either the order processing type can be specified directly against a purchase order or requisition line, or a default may be specified in the purchase part record. The events are processed when the automatic order processing batch is executed. The job may be run on a scheduled basis, if required.
