Use this dialog box to update the safety lead time for inventory-registered purchase parts. Safety lead time is the amount of time that off set supply generated by MRP/MS, Project MRP/Project MS or Next Level Demand.
To calculate the safety lead time, specify the site and supplier you want to modify the lead time of the part. The result of the calculation is stored in the Planning tab of the Inventory Part window.
