Review Serial and Lot/Batch Information

Explanation

Use this activity to review serial and lot/batch information. Serial information is created as described here, Reserve Serial Number.

Prerequisites

Serials must have been fully processed by using purchase order or shop order, and material must have been received into inventory. Lot/batch information should also have been entered when material is received.

Procedure

1. Open the Project Deliverables Navigator window and search for a structure.
2. Select an item and where a serial or lot/batch information has been created.
3. Open General tab.
4. Right-click and then click Tracking.
5. Review serial and lot/batch information.
