Use this activity when a project deliverables item should be sourced without using a part.

Prerequisites

A project deliverable item should exist.

System Effects

Information about project deliverable item will be added as No Part information on purchase requisitions.

Procedure

Enter no part information in the Project Deliverables Navigator/Components,Navigation Items tab or the Materials/Material Requirements tab:

1. Open the Project Deliverables Navigator window and populate it with values.
2. Open the Components tab or Materials/Material Requirements tab.
3. Select the check box No Part.
4. Save the changes.
