Unacknowledge Revenue Recognition
Explanation
This activity is used to un-acknowledge the revenue recognition results before
creating recognition vouchers.
Prerequisites
The periodical capitalization and revenue recognition status of the selected
project/(s) must be
Acknowledged.
System Effects
The periodical capitalization and revenue recognition status of the selected
project/(s) will change from Acknowledged to Calculated.

Procedure
- Open the
Periodical Capitalization and Revenue Recognition window.
- Select the procedure, right-click and then click
Periodical
Capitalization and Revenue Recognition Project.
- Select the
project/(s) with status Acknowledged, right-click and then click
Unacknowledge.
Note: It is possible unacknowledge all acknowledged projects at once
by using header level options in the
Periodical
Capitalization and Revenue Recognition Project window.
