View Next/Previous Level

Explanation

This activity is used to view and follow up MRP action messages related to parts in the next or previous structure level.

Prerequisites

This activity requires populating the MRP Action Proposals window or MRP Action Proposals Workbench window, selecting one row at a time via the right click option.

System Effects

As a result of this activity,

• If the activity is performed via the MRP Action Proposals Workbench window, the MRP Action Proposals window will open, populated with the MRP action messages related to parts that belong to either the next or previous structure level.
• If the activity is performed via the MRP Action Proposals window, the window will be re-populated with the MRP action messages related to parts that belong to either the next or previous structure level.

Procedure

1. Populate the MRP Action Proposals window.
2. Select a record where the MRP Message field does not display No Demand Exists.
3. Right-click and then click Next Level Action Proposals or Previous Level Action Proposals. The MRP Action Proposals window re-populates with parts that belong to either the next or previous structure level.

1. Populate the MRP Action Proposals Workbench window and click the Purchased Parts or Manufactured Parts tab.
2. Select a record where the MRP Message field does not display No Demand Exists.
3. Right-click and then click Next Level Action Proposals or Previous Level Action Proposals. The MRP Action Proposals window opens populated with parts that belong to either the next or previous structure level
