Update Customer Order Line Quantity

Explanation

Use this activity to modify the quantity of a customer order line when an alarm exists for a quantity mismatch between the DOP header and its pegged customer order lines.

Prerequisites

• The DOP header must have been connected to only one customer order line.
• An alarm must exist on the DOP header due to a quantity mismatch between the DOP header and its pegged customer order lines. 

System Effects

• The alarm for the quantity mismatch between the DOP header and its pegged customer order lines will be resolved.
• The sales quantity date on the due date on the customer order line is updated to align with the DOP header quantity.
• Temp Inventory in supply DOP will be reserved to the pegged customer order line considering the pegged qty of customer order line.

1. Search for the relevant DOP ID.
2. Select the alarm line to be solved, right-click and then click Update Customer Order Line Qty.
