Show DOP Cost Variances

Explanation

Use this feature to show DOP cost variances in the tree structure graph. Three different cost variances can be specified; Actual-Estimated, Actual-Standard, and Estimated-Standard. You enter a percentage, specifying how much the cost must differ in order for the variance to be shown. If the variance is above the specified percentage and the value is negative, the DOP order will receive an icon with a minus sign in the tree graph. If the value is positive, the DOP order will receive an icon with a plus sign.

Prerequisites

Before this activity can be performed, DOP cost must be calculated for the DOP orders. To be able to show variances for actual cost, the DOP orders must be completed.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the cost variances of the DOP orders are shown.
