Print Production Schedule Work Instruction Report

Explanation

This activity is used to create and print the work instruction report for a production schedule line.

Prerequisites

A production schedule must exist.

System Effects

As a result of this activity a work instruction report is created and printed containing material and operations according to the selected structure and routing alternate.

Procedure

From the Production Schedule by Line or Production Line Management/Current Production Schedule window:

1. Search for the production line
2. Select the production schedule line for which you want to print a work instruction report. Right click and then click Work Instruction Report, the Production Schedule Work Instructions Report appears.
3. In the Eff Struct Date field, enter the date from which the routing and structure revision should be fetched.
4. In the Alternate lists, select the structure and routing alternate from which the material and operations should be fetched.
5. If you want the report to include media items, select Print Attached Media Items.
6. If you want to include attached documents, select Print Attached Documents.
7. Click OK and the Report Format & Output dialog box appears. You can select the required page layout and language in this dialog box. After you make necessary changes, click OK to print the report directly, click Cancel to abort the print job, or click Preview to preview the report.
8. If you select Preview, the report is displayed for review. After reviewing it, click Print to print the report.

From the Production Schedule by Line Part window:

1. Search for the part.
2. Follow the procedure above from step 2.
