The employee should be defined. This employee should be set up as a mobile user.

Procedure

1. Go to the System Definitions window in EE.
2. Set valid values for the parameters.
   1. HISTORY_LIMIT
   2. PM_ACT_LIMIT
   3. WORK_ORDER_STATE
   4. WORK_ORDER_TIME_INTV
   5. HIST_DATE_LIMIT
   6. PM_ACT_DATE_LIMIT
   7. WORK_ORDER_INTERVAL
   8. CLIENT_ERR_HANDLING
   9. ALLOW_ADMIN_EDITS_IN_MOBILE
   10. SYNC_MEDIA_TO_MOBILE
3. Initiate the mobile client.
4. Verify that each one of the parameters have impact on the mobile client in the way the parameter is defined.
