Use this window to register how the result of a percentage salary change should be rounded. Rounding can be set to either upward or downward. The rounding format entered in the 'Rounding Format' field can be an integer number or a decimal.
Set to, e.g., upward rounding with format 1, a 5% salary increase of an amount of 1555 would result in the new salary 1633. I.e., 1555 x 1.05 = 1632.75 rounded up to nearest 1 is 1633.
