Usage

Use this window to manage and create jobs. A job is a set of qualifications needed to perform work on a required level. Jobs can be also connected to a specific place or work conditions.

The tree structure on the left is used to navigate multiple attributes that define a job. The structure consists of nodes per attribute which are organized into several folders. Selecting a node will display the relevant attribute definition in the right of the window.

Jobs can be assigned to:

A job definiton can have its own validity period. A Valid From and Valid To that will determine the duration during which the job is active.

Each of the attributes that are used to define the job has its own valid period. A Job defintion as at a given date can be view by selecting a date in the 'Show Attributes as at' field. While selecting the 'Show All' option will show all attributes that are defined for a particular Job.
